Returns
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us of your return, you must send the item back to us within a further 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Return Shipping

Refunds

Original Shipping Costs
If you cancel your full order within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the standard delivery cost you paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
Used or Damaged Items
We may reduce your refund if the item has been used, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
For hygiene and safety reasons, heavily used dog toys cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order through our website.
Non-Returnable Items
